FREE CSR STrategy Analysis

A wise organisation seeks ultimately to engage all stakeholder groups in its Corporate Responsibility strategy and policies.

To measure the effectiveness of current stakeholder engagement in CR, a tailored version of the following diagnostic can be sent to all stakeholders or stakeholders’ representatives, including: non-executive directors, executive team members, junior and senior staff, investors & lenders, shareholders, insurers, suppliers, customers, critics, local community bodies, trade unions, and other individuals or groups that impact or are impacted by the organisation.

In the first instance, please complete the diagnostic and return it to us at info@organismics.org. We will then respond to you with an assessment of your current CR risks and opportunities.
